Special Education

... every child has a different learning style and pace - each child is unique, capable of learning and capable of succeeding ...

ROBERT JOHN MEEHAN

All students are entitled to participate in and progress through the NSW curriculum. Special education refers to the use of evidence-based teaching practices to meet the individual needs of students with disability. Adjustments to teaching, learning and assessment activities enable a student with disability to access syllabus outcomes and content and to achieve their potential.
