Singleton High School Bus Routes

These routes and times are approximate. A few years ago Y8 students created files to show SHS Bus Routes in Google Maps. The maps may be incomplete or inaccurate, it is a work in progress.

School Bus Area Information

Students who catch a bus must not leave the school grounds and must wait in the bus area near the gate where their bus loads. Bus arrival and departure times are approximate and students must be ready to board their bus as soon as the bell goes. The first buses leave the school 5 minutes after the bell rings. If a student misses their bus, they must report to the teachers on bus duty.

Only students who catch a bus are to be in the bus area. If students need to be picked up by parents, the recommended area is in Edinburgh Avenue, students exit by the rear gates. No student is to cross King Street at the bus area unless accompanied by a teacher on duty.

Students must wait quietly in the bus area, no running or ball games are allowed.
