Secure Proxy Authentication (SPA) provides a Single Sign-On service for Singleton High, removing the need to continually authenticate Internet sessions.
To access the system students add @detnsw to their logon eg. firstname.surname@detnsw
BYOD devices will need to manually authenticate to the Secure Proxy for Internet services. The device's browser should preferably be set to point to the new PAC file:
- http://pac.det.nsw.edu.au/fib/proxy.pac or
- be configured for automatic proxy detection.
If your device can only accept a manual proxy setting, set it to proxy.det.nsw.edu.au on port 8080.
