HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SENTRAL PARENT PORTAL

This is a link to an instructional video for both the web and the app, however we are unable to support the app at the time.

1. Go to the school website => School Links => "Sentral Student and Parent Portal" at the bottom of the page.

2. Click on REGISTER

3. Enter your details on the next screen. You MUST use the Family email that is recorded with the school.

4. The school will receive this registration and the details will be checked and validated. Once this is done you will receive an email with an Access Key.

5. Click on the link in this email to log in to the Sentral parent Portal. DO NOT use the app at this time.

6. If you don't see the area to enter the access key, this can be found by clicking on the menu and selecting My Access. Click on the Add New Access Key button

7. Copy and paste the access key from the email. Be careful not to copy the full stop at the end of the sentence.

8. Access key must be entered before students appear in Sentral.

* Only the web browser version of the parent portal is supported at this time.

* The Apple app store and Google Play store apps are not yet able to be supported as the credentials are DIFFERENT from the web browser version.
